By accessing and using Safetycomservices services, you agree to the conditions detailed below. These rules govern the use of our secure communications infrastructure and access to associated technical documentation.
Safetycomservices provides closed network solutions, encrypted telecommunications equipment, and operational security consulting for B2B industrial environments in Argentina. The scope of each service is defined in the corresponding contract and the technical specifications delivered to the client.
The client agrees to use the equipment and networks solely for authorized operational purposes, to maintain the confidentiality of access credentials, and to immediately report any security incidents. Use of the infrastructure for purposes other than those agreed upon in writing is not permitted.
Safetycomservices shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, power outages, or cyber attacks that exceed implemented security measures. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the contracted service over the last twelve months.
All protocols, configurations, network diagrams, and technical documentation delivered are the property of Safetycomservices. The client receives a non-transferable license for internal operation. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without express authorization is prohibited.
The service agreement has an annual term and renews automatically unless notice to the contrary is given thirty days in advance. Either party may terminate the contract immediately in the event of a material breach not remedied within fifteen business days.
